Executive Coaching

The difference between needing and wanting a coach is huge. My coaching practice is based on the foundation that you already have everything required to get to where you want to go and be who you want to be.

Coaching is a fast track to your ideal career and life, with less (not zero) suffering. Together, we will use proven skills to summit peaks that are hard (not impossible) to reach without the right equipment. Together, with time tested tools, we will ignite the embers inside you into a roaring blaze to harness that energy.

Before you answer the question, “Do I want a coach?” ask yourself instead:

Are you thriving or simply surviving?

When you are ready to answer the call inside to act, grow, or ask for support, Run The Yellow.

My Story

I didn’t know hiring an Executive Coach was an option for me. Truthfully, I didn’t even know it existed. Despite my ego’s best efforts, I couldn’t brute force my way into my ultimate life. But I knew I needed guidance.

Working with my Coach (whom I’m still with today) helped me get promoted, double my salary, build a dream team, and reach the pinnacle of my industry.

Only to give it all up and live my most authentic life. I haven’t looked back since!

My Ideal Client

Alive — Is passionate to live a full and fulfilling life

Principled — Is courageous and has integrity in their beliefs

Coachable — Is hungry for growth and able to ask for and accept support

My Coaching Philosophy

You are the expert in your life and have all the answers. I am simply a co-traveler there to ask guiding questions, support you, challenge you when it serves your mission, and to help unleash all that you already are.

My coaching is not consulting (i.e., I’m the expert and tell you exactly what to do), mentorship (i.e., I tell you what I would've done or did do in a similar experience), friendship (i.e., enjoying each others’ beauty), or therapy (i.e., exploring how past traumas show up in your life today).

Naturally there may be a specific moments and situations that requires us to temporarily explore a one of the above paths (with the exception of therapy as I am not a licensed therapist) but it is crucial to understand that is the exception not the rule.

I am your coach and as Sijo Bruce Lee says,

"A good teacher protects his pupils from his influence."

Our Process

The most important step in starting our coaching relationship is determining how we fit together. Do you meet my above criteria? Do I meet yours? It’s either hell yes or a no. There is no in between. The best method to explore this is through a discovery session. This is a free 90 minute call where I will coach you like one of my clients, because for that call you are. Are we a good fit for each other?

Once we’ve determined we’re a fit, we agree on the coaching cadence that works for us. I’ve found that twice a month sessions over six months is a fantastic starting point to create meaningful changes. It can be sped up or slowed down based on your urgency for change and self-discovery.

During our sessions we’ll oscillate between Executive Coaching and Career Coaching as is needed.
