Over the last 14 years working in elite sports, I’ve been a part of 9 trophy winning teams. From cutting down the nets on ACC basketball courts, to hoisting MLS Cups, to helping deliver a Continental trophy, I understand what makes high performing environments successful. As Vice President of Performance, I’ve led long term strategic planning, established pressure-tested processes, designed world class facilities, developed staff at all levels in their career, collaborated with stakeholders across departments, and worked to solve complex and diverse problems with bespoke solutions.

It is my belief that the journey to mastery never stops. However, given the proliferation of content available, it can be incredibly challenging to find the right information path to head down. The material that is truly impactful and not just some letters behind your name.
Taking an honest look at your knowledge, experience, capabilities, and personal attributes I can make the connection to the best source for growth. Staff at different stages in their career will require different types of education. This could range from knowledge acquisition, to opportunities to express the knowledge in unique environments, to stakeholder influence, to practices in adaptive leadership.
